Experience:

At least 1 year of experience as an Account Executive, Client Relations, or similar roles, preferably in the beauty, lifestyle, or media industry.

Skills:

Excellent Mandarin-English verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media, and branding.

Proven ability to manage projects effectively, including timelines and budgets.

Target-oriented and results-driven.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.

Up-to-date knowledge of beauty and lifestyle industry trends.

Job Description:

1.⁠ ⁠Client Relationship Management

Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Understand client needs and translate them into relevant strategies and solutions.

Maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

2.⁠ ⁠Project Management

Oversee client projects from concept to execution.

Prepare proposals, briefs, and progress reports.

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and agreed timelines.

3.⁠ ⁠Strategy Development

Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective and creative campaign strategies.

Provide insights based on market trends and industry data, particularly in the beauty and lifestyle sectors.

4.⁠ ⁠Sales and Revenue Growth

Responsible for achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.

Conduct upselling and cross-selling of agency services to existing clients.

5.⁠ ⁠Reporting and Evaluation

Regularly create performance reports for client campaigns.

Analyze data and provide recommendations for future optimizations.

6.⁠ ⁠Agency Representation

Attend meetings, pitches, and events to represent GrowTogether Agency.

Uphold the agency's professional image and positive reputation among clients and partners.
