Account Executive / Sales B2B (Internship)
Lokasi: Jakarta Barat
Durasi: Minimal 3 bulan
Status: Internship (Fresh graduate welcome)
Job Description
- Membantu proses prospecting dan mencari calon klien/partner bisnis (B2B)
- Melakukan follow-up dan komunikasi dengan calon klien melalui email, telepon, maupun tatap muka
- Membantu menyusun proposal penawaran dan materi presentasi untuk klien
- Mendukung tim sales dalam proses negosiasi hingga closing
- Melakukan riset pasar dan kompetitor untuk mendukung strategi penjualan
- Mengelola dan memperbarui data klien di sistem CRM
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (marketing, product, operasional) untuk memastikan kebutuhan klien terpenuhi
- Membuat laporan aktivitas dan progress sales secara berkala
Requirements
- Bersedia magang dengan durasi minimal 3 bulan
- Terbuka untuk fresh graduate dari berbagai jurusan, khususnya background teknik mesin akan menjadi nilai plus
- Bersedia ditempatkan di kantor area Jakarta Barat
- Memiliki passion dan ketertarikan tinggi di bidang sales dan business development
- Komunikatif, proaktif, dan memiliki inisiatif tinggi
- Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim
- Terbiasa/mau belajar menggunakan tools seperti Excel/Spreadsheet, CRM, dan presentasi
- Nilai plus: pernah mengikuti organisasi, kepanitiaan, atau pengalaman magang lain yang serupa
