Job description for Account Executive Internship at PT Flux Asia Solusindo
Responsibilities
- Assist the Account Management team in handling day-to-day client communications and requests.
- Support coordination between clients and internal teams, including Creative, Social Media, Strategy, Production, and KOL/Influencer teams.
- Prepare meeting notes, contact reports, and project documentation.
- Follow up on project progress and ensure timelines are met.
- Assist in developing client briefs, proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and client markets.
- Monitor campaign execution and help compile performance data for reporting.
- Maintain client databases, project files, and other administrative documents.
- Participate in internal and client meetings to gain exposure to agency operations.
- Support lead generation and prospect research activities for new business opportunities.
- Assist with various account management and business development initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Advertising, Creative, Digital Marketing, and Agency environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
- Available for a minimum internship period of 3-6months.
