About the Role
We are a creative digital marketing agency rooted in the hospitality and lifestyle sectors — partnering with restaurants, hotels, and lifestyle brands to craft stories that resonate.
We’re looking for a Jakarta-based Account Executive to lead social media strategy and execution across key platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
You’ll be responsible for managing client accounts, developing platform-specific strategies, and creating content that strengthens brand presence and engagement — bringing hospitality and lifestyle brands to life in the digital space.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging, on-brand content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Manage day-to-day social media operations, including community management and audience interaction.
- Coordinate influencer and KOL collaborations — from outreach to execution and reporting.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics to optimise content and strategy.
- Work closely with internal creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure alignment across campaigns.
- Stay attuned to local and regional social, cultural, and digital trends to identify relevant content opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing social media platforms, ideally within hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, community building, and audience engagement.
- Solid grasp of social media trends, analytics, and paid media fundamentals.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is required.
- Mandarin proficiency or experience with China-facing platforms is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong creative instincts with a good eye for visual storytelling and detail.
- Independent, organised, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
