Job Description (Responsibilities)
- Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with distributors, marketplace accounts, or retail partners
- Monitor sales performance and stock levels
- Coordinate order processing and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
- Support negotiation process and promotional planning
- Prepare sales reports and performance tracking
- Support execution of marketing and trade activities
Requirements (Qualifications)
- 1–3 years experience in Sales / Account Executive / Business Development
- Experience in FMCG or personal care industry is a plus
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Target-oriented and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Excel and reporting
- Willing to work in a fast-growing environment
