ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY)
Responsibilities:
- Fostering good relations with both new and existing clients, including understand client needs and handle the negotiation (proposal) process.
- Handling day-to-day activities with clients in relation with project control and monitoring.
- Presenting and demonstrating the digital campaign ideas & estimating budget to clients and prospective clients.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Expanding networks to achieve revenue target.
- Handle reporting and client invoice.
- Initiate brief, meeting and brainstorming sessions with internal team.
Requirements:
- Female
- Bachelor Degree preferably in Marketing, Communication or relevant.
- Min. 1-3 years experience as a professional Junior/ Account Executive in Advertising Agency.
- Energetic, strong communication and negotiation skill, willing to work flexible hours.
- In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platform.
- Hands on experience with Social Media Management, KOL/Influencer Marketing, SEO/SEM, Media Placement (Performance Ads) and CRM software.
- High confidence to work with all level peers and clients.
- Well in presenting and communicate ideas and reports across division and clients.
- Proficient both speaking and writing in English.
- Having can do attitude and detail oriented, adaptive in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
- Willing to commute to our office in South Tangerang area.
