Job description for Account Executive/Brand Guardian at Dotlab.asia
We are looking for a curious, proactive, and detail-oriented **Brand Guardian | Account Executive** who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and turning ideas into well-executed projects. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, takes ownership, manages priorities confidently, and wants to create meaningful impact—not simply complete assigned tasks.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, with approximately 2–4 years of experience in an agency, communications, PR, marketing, events, or client-servicing role. Strong project management, presentation, and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia are essential, along with good working proficiency in English.
The role will manage day-to-day client communication and coordinate projects across brand campaigns, creative and content development, public relations, events, activations, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include translating client needs into clear internal briefs, preparing timelines and project updates, coordinating teams and partners, managing feedback and approvals, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
As a Brand Guardian, the role will also help ensure that every output is accurate, consistent, and aligned with the client’s strategy, key messages, and brand standards. The successful candidate will monitor project quality, maintain proper documentation, anticipate potential risks or delays, and keep clients, internal teams, vendors, media, and other stakeholders aligned throughout each project.
At **Dotlab.asia**, we don’t just deliver campaigns. We connect strategy, creativity, communications, people, and purpose to create work that matters. You will work alongside experienced strategists, creatives, communication leaders, and a Professional Coach and Mentor who will support your growth in leadership, strategic thinking, communication, client management, and personal development.
