Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive at Qwords Cloud Web Hosting Indonesia. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding customer accounts, including building and maintaining relationships with clients. They will also be responsible for promoting Qwords' services, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales or account management

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages

- Familiarity with web hosting and IT industry

- Passion and have interest in web hosting

- Knowledge of cloud hosting and domain name services

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
