As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Account Executive to strengthen our B2B relationships and expand our market through a more partnership-driven approach.
Role Overview:
As an Account Executive at Shieldtag, you will focus on building and managing B2B client relationships through a consultative and partnership-based approach. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients—understanding their business challenges, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring long-term collaboration rather than transactional sales.
This role is ideal for candidates with exposure to agency environments and/or SaaS companies, who are used to managing multiple stakeholders, solution-based selling, and long-term client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned B2B clients and partners.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients through a consultative approach.
- Identify client needs and translate them into relevant holographic security solutions.
- Develop partnership opportunities with brands, agencies, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
- Manage ongoing accounts, including follow-ups, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and account reports tailored to client needs.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues to maintain strong partnerships.
- Track account progress, pipeline, and opportunities using CRM or internal tracking tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, Relationship Manager, or similar B2B role.
- Experience in agency and/or SaaS companies is highly preferred.
- Strong background in B2B, partnership-based, or consultative selling.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working with pipelines, targets, and performance metrics.
- Proactive, organized, and execution-oriented mindset.
- Experience using CRM tools and standard business tools (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
- Willing to meet clients and partners when required.
- Preferably domiciled in Jabodetabek.
- Own vehicle is a plus.
