  1. Administrative Duties
  2. Manage emails, calendars, and appointments
  3. Prepare quotations, invoices, and supporting documents
  4. Organize and maintain digital files and records
  5. Follow up on client documents and deadlines
  6. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal team members
  7. Support project administration and reporting
  8. Assist with data entry and document processing
  9. Accounting Duties
  10. Handle bookkeeping and accounting data entry
  11. Process accounts payable and receivable
  12. Prepare bank reconciliations
  13. Maintain accurate financial records
  14. Assist with month-end closing
  15. Use accounting software such as Xero
  16. Resume need to be in english
  17. Must able to speak and write in english
  18. Must able to use canva,, microsoft office
