Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily academic operations of the academy, including curriculum development, teacher training, and student assessment.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of teaching and learning, ensuring alignment with the academy's mission and goals.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of teachers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to student outcomes, teaching quality, and operational efficiency.

Student Outcomes: Course Completion Rate, Student Satisfaction, Student Progress, Student Retention Rate.

Teaching Quality: Teacher Performance, Teacher Retention, Professional Development.

Operational Efficiency: Class Utilization Rate, Schedule Optimization, Resource Management.

Ensure compliance with academic policies, regulations, and quality standards.

Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative teaching methodologies and technologies.

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and administration, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Education, Management, Linguistics, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an academic management role, preferably in an English language teaching environment.

Proven track record of successfully leading and managing academic teams.

Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and best practices in language teaching.

EFL (English as a Foreign Language) or TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certification is required.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Data-driven decision-making abilities with experience in monitoring and analyzing KPIs.

Proficiency in English (oral and written).
