Job description for 3D DESIGNER at Action+
We are looking for a creative and experienced 3D Designer with a strong background in Below-The-Line (BTL) activations, event production, or exhibition design to bring brand concepts to life. This role demands expertise in 3D visualization, spatial design, and close coordination with account teams, creative teams, and production vendors to deliver impactful, build-ready designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop 3D design concepts for event layouts, exhibition booths, stages, backdrops, and other event-related structures
- Translate client briefs and brand guidelines into accurate and compelling 3D visualizations
- Produce professional 3D renderings and presentation materials for internal and client use
- Ensure designs align with venue specifications, visitor flow, safety standards, and technical requirement
- Coordinate closely with creative directors, clients, and other team members to ensure design consistency and meet project goals.
- Manage design revisions based on client and internal feedback
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Min. 5 years experience as a 3D Designer preferably in event design
- Proficiency in 3D design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or Cinema 4D etcProficient in supporting tools including AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
- Strong knowledge of event layout planning, exhibition systems, and booth design standards
- Excellent attention to detail, spatial awareness, and design accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
