Job description for 3D CAD Trainer at ZWSOFT Indonesia
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
2. Fluent in both English and Indonesian (to be evaluated during the interview process and the first month of employment).
3. Proficient in 2D and 3D CAD software, such as ZWCAD, ZW3D, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, or equivalent tools.
4. Strong passion for teaching, knowledge sharing, and technical enablement.
5. Willing to travel and visit customers as required.
6. Based in Jakarta and willing to travel within the Jabodetabek area.
Responsibility:
1. Deliver regular training sessions for both existing and new customers on ZW3D and ZWCAD products.
2. Continuously update and improve training materials based on real-world use cases and practical experience.
3. Monitor, assess, and evaluate learners' progress and performance.
4. Provide individualized coaching, guidance, and technical mentorship to learners.
5. Support other technical projects and initiatives within the ZWSOFT Indonesia technical team.
6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during training sessions.
7. Lead customer enablement activities (on-site), including assessing customer workflows, delivering technical consulting, recommending best practices, and improving overall user proficiency and productivity.
8. Produce localized technical materials on a regular basis—such as videos and/or articles—based on FAQs, design showcases, standard training content, and "What's New" product updates.
Compensation & Employment Terms:
- Basic Salary: IDR 8,000,000 per month.
- Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to IDR 3,000,000, subject to the achievement of predefined performance targets. Bonus criteria will be determined and communicated at the beginning of each quarter.
- Employment Contract: Evaluated on a 12-month basis.
- Probation Period: 3 months.
