Job description for 3D & Visual Designer at PT Loka Indira Amarta

As our 3D & Visual Designer, you’ll craft everything from immersive booth layouts and engaging bumper videos to eye-catching backdrops and unique event souvenirs that make every event unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

Design detailed 3D layouts and mockups for event spaces — including stages, booths, lounges, and exhibition areas.
Create compelling 2D visual branding materials such as key visuals, backdrops, banners, flyers, and event signage.
Develop motion graphics and bumper videos for LED screens, digital displays, and social media platforms.
Conceptualize and design innovative souvenirs and merchandise aligned with event themes and branding.
Collaborate closely with creative, project management, and production teams to ensure design accuracy and production feasibility.
Prepare production-ready files, mockups, and specifications for vendors and suppliers.

Application Review & Initial Screening

We will evaluate submitted CVs and your responses to the screening questions. Candidates who meet our requirements will be invited to the first interview.

Stage 1: Online Interview (via Zoom or Google Meet)

In this session, we’ll discuss your relevant experience, your understanding of the role, and assess your communication skills (including English proficiency).

Stage 2: In‑Person Interview

Shortlisted candidates will come to our office for a deeper, face‑to‑face discussion. This may include case studies or practical exercises related to event management and procurement.

Job Offer & Negotiation

Successful candidates will receive a formal offer. We will then finalize details such as salary, benefits, and start date.

Contract Signing & Onboarding

Once terms are agreed, you’ll sign the employment contract and complete our onboarding program before officially joining the team.
