Job description for (資深) 社群內容專員 (Sr.) Social Media Creative Content Specialist at ViewSonic Corporation 優派國際股份有限公司

The Social Media Content Senior Specialist/Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring our global social media content and channels. Stays up to date on the latest industry news.

They will develop and implement social media strategies to bolster online presence and increase social engagement, along with website traffic. They will be working closely with our product marketing team, project managers, and business units to create relevant content that best represents our products and solutions. The successful candidate will:

[Creative Social Strategy]
Proactively keep up to date with the latest social media algorithm changes and monitor industry marketing insights to lead social strategy based on insights and global trends. Support the team in creating quality content and explore social media trends across all social media platforms

[Social Growth & Engagement]
Plan content using a content calendar for cross-product line and specific business units with a clear content strategy. You will be responsible for community growth by maintaining and engaging with our social community via comments, DMs, and other consumer-to-brand interactions.

[Creative Social Content Contribution]
Creating and administering content according to trends relevant to campaign objectives and messages, along with social activities that can contribute to social KPIs on all social media platforms


Responsibilities: 
- Design and implement social media strategy aligned with the brand's goals. Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
- Demonstrate knowledge of brand guidelines and lead global social media to reinforce a cohesive visual identity and voice
- Plan content and social calendar and co-work with regional & local offices for implementation
- Work with the creative team to create engaging content that resonates with our audience
- Support campaign planning, execution, and coordinate with Creatives, Marketing Manager, Paid Media
- Engage with the community to increase share of voice of the brand
- Coordinate with the influencer marketing team to support campaigns and daily content
- Regularly report on the performance to ensure ongoing optimization
- Day-to-day content posting, ad placements (boosts), and campaign content creation, coverage, and posting on relevant channels
- Implement new and updated platform features, functions, and best practices across all social channels

• 1 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Creativity and basic graphic design skills
• Hands on experience using social media for business goals
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team player with good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
