Job description for 平台營運部門｜客戶成功專員 at VOCUS_新銳數位股份有限公司
- 協助平台客戶服務相關工作內容，包含客服信件回覆、問題排解與處理
- 協助建立完整且可規模化、持續優化的客服與客戶成功 SOP
- 針對客戶常見需求，維運、更新並且撰寫相關使用手冊與說明文件
- 以數據分析顧客使用成效，找出產品使用上的疑問和痛點，並能製作出讓人一目了然的簡報，以利對不同部門說明顧客所遇到的問題
- 1年以上，內容/新媒體/出版相關產業工作經驗
- 邏輯清晰、反應靈敏、兼具細心與耐心
- 良好的溝通與表達能力
- 具備系統性思維，能夠以有效且聰明的方法制定並優化工作流
- 掌握數位工具，能高效率輔助各項工作進行
- 喜歡學習與分享，樂於面對挑戰、具抗壓性、企圖心強
- 進入面試階段後，依據應徵職位所需具備的專業能力，提出3-5個問題，面試者需準備簡報——或任何容易幫助表達、說明的形式，於面試當天分享。
- 第二階段由部門主管面試，包含面談以及專業能力的實際測試，判斷是否具有職位所需具備的能力與經驗。
- 第三階段則由執行長面試，天南地北無所不閒聊，評估人格特質、是否能夠融入企業文化等。
