Job description for 人資薪酬資深專員 at Cyberlink

1.負責考勤、薪資、獎金計算與發放作業，勞健保/勞退/團保作業、年度薪資所得稅與補充保費申報作業、勞健保級距調整申報作業。

2.熟悉薪資市場調查報告(Willie Towers Watson/Mercer/咨鼎其一)，進行薪酬競爭力比對與分析、各項薪酬獎金管理執行、年度調薪作業。
3.負責360度績效評量作業，含績效考核、跨部門與下對上評量作業，並提供分析報告與改善建議。

4.中美日外派人員管理，如合約、當地勞動法令研究與遵循。

5.參與其他HR專案與活動支援。
