Job Description
1. Handle business receptions, customer relationship management, and daily communication with clients
2. Develop new business, acquire new customers, and identify potential business opportunities
3. Respond to customer feedback regarding product quality, specifications, pricing, and other issues, and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution
4. Follow up on the entire sales process, including purchasing, warehousing, shipment, invoicing, and payment collection
5. Handle the customer quotation process, including confirming product specifications, preparing prices, following up on quotations, and checking contracts
6. Complete other sales-related tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirement:
1. Fluent in Mandarin and able to use Mandarin as a working language, with good Mandarin speaking, listening, reading, writing, and communication skills
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with experience in sales, customer relationship management, or business communication are preferred
3. Outgoing, proactive, responsible, and willing to communicate with customers and colleagues, with a strong customer-service mindset
4. Clear thinking with good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
5. Strong learning ability and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to the pace and requirements of sales work
