Sahabat Karsa Indonesia is a youth-led mental health initiative that aims to promote emotional well-being, psychological literacy, and inclusive support systems for young people across Indonesia.
Founded in 2024, we believe that mental health is not a luxury, but a human right. We build safe spaces where individuals can grow, connect, and seek help without stigma or judgment.
Through a combination of free counseling services, psychoeducational content, support groups, and volunteer training programs, we empower individuals to become agents of change in their own lives and communities.
Our community is made up of psychologists, psychology student, content creators, and passionate volunteers who share a common mission: to make mental health accessible, relatable, and empowering for everyone.
