Founded in 1973, PT Wicaksana Overseas International, Tbk. (Wicaksana) is a prominent distribution company and a trusted partner in consumer goods industry in Indonesia. The products include snacks, instant noodles, beverages, personal care, pharmaceutical and many more. Publicly listed on the Jakarta stock exchange (IDX) since 1994, the business keeps on growing, and today has 6 branch offices and 37 distribution centers with over 1,000 workforces, that cover 37 key cities in Indonesia. Wicaksana generated net sales in IDR 992.7 billion in 2017, and in the same year, a leading market expansion services provider and a global company headquartered in Zurich – DKSH, acquired the company and own the majority of the share. A year after the acquisition, in 2018, Wicaksana has obtained medical device license which even strengthens its services in healthcare industry. Being part of DKSH Group, has allowed the company’s business in providing a larger scope of services, particularly in business unit customer goods and healthcare, to the existing and prospective clients with distribution throughout Asian markets.
