Deskripsi
- Especially can speak mandarin (translator mandarin)
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities
- Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding
- Partner with payroll and insurance service provider to manage payroll,
BPJS & insurance, including ensuring accurate and efficient payroll
processing, compliance with local/ regional regulations and employment
tax requirementsÂ
- Organize internal training when required
- Plan Employee Engagement activities to strengthen employee morale and
retention
- Managing all employee expenses related benefit such as medical
reimbursement, insurance, BPJS etc
- Facilitate the end-to-end, off-boarding, ensuring employees complete
necessary documents and forms
- Managing and maintain office facility, asset and other relate of general
affair activity
- Responsible for the requisition of office supplies, including stationery and
pantry items
- Take charge of the entire purchase requisition and purchasing order
process
