PT. Arranet Indonesia Sejahtera is a digital payment platform provider company that collaborates with the Bank as the main service provider and markets these services to the wider community through banking agent channels. In the financial inclusion industry, Arranet's role is known as the Agent Network Manager (ANM). The Branchless Financial Service Agent Network for Financial Inclusion (Laku Pandai) was launched in 2014 with the mission of accelerating financial inclusion in Indonesia. This network of agents has become an extension of the bank's hands to provide financial services to people living in remote areas, who previously had difficulty accessing financial services, as well as channeling social assistance from the government. Compared to building branch offices or ATM facilities, agent networks are believed to be a more cost-effective solution to reach people in remote areas.
